Term 2 - Week 1- Anton Mourer
Anton is a New Zealand photographer who attened unitec and did a certificate in photography. In his first year Anton photographed the housing market (2012) and in his 2nd year he started to shoot more landscapes and how the land can change over time. Derek Henderson who had many projects was a big influence.

| This image was a taken from Antons technique of shootong from a higher vantage point. I liked that technique cause i like how you can look down and get a sometimes overwhelming view of landscapes. |

| This image was me experimenting with a different point of view of but using the idea that land changes over time. This land used to be overgrown and looked over alot of Waiuku. |

Post some Derek Henderson photos. What ideas are in Derek Henderson's work? Are these similar to Anton Maurer's work? Do some image evaluation for Anton's photographs. Post your own photographs. How are your ideas and photos similar to Anton's? How are they different? (For example you are photographing in an area you spent a lot of time in as a child and you have a personal connection to this landscape). Include a number of photographs from your shoot that evidence experimentation and comment on the images that most successfully embody your idea?
