Week 6 Digital Tech - Photoshop layers exersice

Before: I had to introduce detail into the shadows in this photo.

After: I used the curves layer to introduce light and detail into the shadows and increased the viberance on a new layer.  

Before: i had to change the colour of the lantern.

After: I used the Hue/Saturation panel to change the colour of the lantern to blue and used a layer mask to make sure the rest of the image stayed the same. I then straightened the image using the ruler tool.


Self Directed

Before: I had to covert this photo to black and white and pull out the colour in my subject.

After: i converted this photo to black and white and used a layer mask and went over my subject to bring back out its colour.

Before: I had to make this photo black and white.

After: I uised the grayscale panel to convert this photo to  black and white.
